Care Instructions:
Before burning, always trim the wick to ¼ inch. Keep the wax pool clear. Always use a candle holder; it should be heat-resistant, sturdy, and large enough to contain any drips or melted wax. Burn candles in a well-ventilated room. Never burn a candle for longer than three hours, cool for at least two hours before relighting. Never leave a candle unattended, keep it away from anything that can catch fire. Keep candles out of the reach of children and pets. Don't burn a candle all the way down. Use a candle snuffer to extinguish a candle, it's the safest way to prevent wax from splattering

Return Policy:
Pearls of Praise Prints partners with print-on-demand (POD) companies to provide print-on-demand quality items and to increase shipping times. These POD companies include: Printify, Printful, and TeeLaunch.

This means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. For this reason, we are unable to cancel any orders. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer has ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changes their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, a free reprint or a refund may be considered for the incorrect or faulty product if the customer contacts us within 7 days of product delivery with a photo or video of the incorrect or faulty item.

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, a photo (or video) is required for all affected items (and visible in one frame) for confirmation purposes.

The following is required to request a replacement or refund:
1. Customer name and email
2. Order number/ Reference Id
3. Picture of the damaged item ( Quality Control Purposes )
4. Customer's preference (replacement or refund)

Please note that a free reprint is NOT offered in these cases:
• Lost orders as a result of an incorrect delivery address provided by your customer
• Buyer's Remorse: Products that were received as requested; however, your customer wishes to have another size/color instead
• Garments with a minor size deviation from the size guide measurements (below 1")
• Low-quality prints caused by a low-quality design

In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund. For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, such as apparel, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
